You'll surely wonder about that article and you'll surely remember that series
back in the late nineties. The reason to spread concert dates for electronic/
industrial/goth bands again via UNDERCOVER is quite simple.
As you should know we removed those lists because PHOENIX of VECTRONIX invented
a special internet page for those dates. That page was growing fast and several
other Atarians helped out there with translating the contents and ideas. Finally
WWW.SCARECROW.NU was launched, offering the users hundreds of concert dates over
whole Europe and even the United States.
But all ended very fast, PHOENIX didn't supported and developped the page any
further. So the interface wasn't very userfriendly and the page wasn't very
known and frequented. Later on only a hand full of freax was filling up the huge
list of dates and with the time the page was fallen asleep.
Other pages appeared with the same content and mailinglists about concert dates
popped up. So I decided to stop my work for SCARECROW but I still want to share
informations about concerts and gigs of Electro/Goth acts with other interested
peoples and because of this I'm using my own publication again, even if I know
that I wont reach a lot of people who are interested in them, I try it anyway.
And a message to RIKARD: heja mate, if you think about a resurrection of the
page, get in touch with me, I would help also a second time!
Ok, enough for this, let's re-invent an old UCM series again :)
